I decided to give you feedback after four pretty poor quality product and service at one of your stores. Friars gate drive through is a place we visit regularly, but probably no more. I have ordered a frosting each time and every time I get something different and wrong. Today a Belgian chocolate frosting came very liquify and awfully bitter, I did not drink it. Before I have had the wrong drink delivered, two without the ordered cream. Sloppy attention to customer. As a very loyal Costa customer I fing this outlet an aberration from normally high standards.

I like their food it’s yummy but every time we go they never give us the right toastie

I've always enjoyed the coffee at costa, and the staff have always been good. The covid response was particularly good. The large transparent screens around the counter made me feel safe. The coffee has a real caffeine kick, so not for the faint hearted, but of course caffeine is part of the reason I drink coffee!I also enjoy the different seasonal drinks that Costa put on.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Costa in Carlisle on Tuesday the staff was rude and charged me £4.00 too much. I visit Costa often but this was my first time to this specific one.

It is ridiculous that I have to download the app and have a bloody member ship card to do so ! Just to order a cup of coffee ! Will never ever go back to Costa, what a joke , will be better off grabbing a coffee from Greg's!

I have been driving down to Watford drive through Costa almost every day to get some fresh air and coffee. I recently downloaded their app and ordered via the app. When I drove up to the drive through the staff said I must park the car and collect the coffees from inside. They could simply hand it over via the window but wouldn't. When went inside and to the counter the person claiming to be the manager by hand gesture showed me the door, which was confusing to say the least. He was acting as he was dumb. I had to ask him three times why he was showing me the door when all I wanted was my coffees. He then rudely said I have to collect the coffees from the shelf by the door. He was extremely rude. Coffees were cold but I didn't bother to complain as I knew what to expect if I complain. Will be deleting my app and will not use Costa or their drive through. Plenty other coffee shops around who are willing to serve with a smile.

The coffee is great, the staff are always friendly here. Always clean & tidy, (even the windows are spotless)Even tho masks and screens are in use the staff still take the time to wish you a pleasant day.Such a shame the sit in is closed due to covid restrictions as we love to meet up here.Downpatrick co. The bannana loaf piece was 2 days old. Dry and felt old. £2.75 for a piece not worth it. Please keep fresh items .This was at Costa at North End Road.

Visited Costa in Beckenham for a take away order - all four of the staff not wearing masks but rather under their chin or as a hair band also hugging each other as they finished their shift. We were not impressed. We will not be going there again. Staff at the West Wickham store stick with the rules and wear their masks properly, so it puzzles me why Beckenham staff think it’s ok to break the rules and not think of others.

My Wife and I went into the Porthcawl unit in S. Wales, on the weekend before Xmas.We immediately noticed very little social distancing between the tables and the Staff seemed oblivious to one Lady with no mask and THREE children running amok!There was young man sat near us looking under the weather, coughing etc. How did the staff admit him? THERE WAS NO SIGNING IN EITHER. We finished and left.The following Tuesday, we tested positive for COVID 19, and spent the whole of the Xmas period in bed, no food, no contact with the Family.I’m convinced we caught this from Costa in Porthcawl and NHS Trace & Trace are aware.Thank you Costa in Porthcawl for a ‘wonderful Xmas present’!

Flitwick staff member was extremely rude. We didn’t stay and went to another local cafe where the staff were wonderful.
